Baker Engineering & Controls provided:

·         Engineering, Design & Fabrication of the Cooling Tunnel capable of cooling down load of 1,200 lb of degreased capacitors from 160°F to ambient temperature with conveyer speed of 2 ft/min

·         Design/Built Project to perform installation of two (2) fire tube steam boilers, constructed for 150 psig steam pressure and all necessary auxiliary equipment, including:

o       Feed Water Pumps.

o        Packed Column type Deaerator

o       Blowdown Separator.

o        Automatic twin cation resin softening system

o       All necessary steam, natural gas and city water piping and fittings

·         Design/Built Project to perform installation of Process Cooling Water System, including:

o        Water Cooled Chillers.

o        Water Cooling Tower

o        Free Cooling Plate & Frame Heat Exchanger

o        Centrifugal Pumps and all necessary Water Specialties, Valves and Piping

o        Chemical Treatment System

·        Design/Built Project to perform installation of Process Heating Water System, including:

o       Steam/Hot Water Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

o        Centrifugal Pumps and all necessary Water Specialties, Valves and Piping

·         Engineering, Design, Fabrication and Installation of Exhaust and Make-up Air Systems for the following:

o        Wet-Met Equipment

o       Dry-Met Equipment

o        Fill-Holes Soldering Station

o       Mechanical, Oil Storage and Oil Impregnation Areas.

·         Engineering, Design, Fabrication and Installation of Zinc Spray Exhaust, Make-up Air and Steam Humidification Systems including:

o       Fabrication and installation of all necessary exhaust hoods for spray systems and auxiliary equipment.

o       Furnishing and installations of necessary ductwork to connect all exhausts to the existing dust collectors.

o       Furnishing and installation of reheat coils for make-up air and all necessary ductwork to provide make-up air to spray booth location.

o       Furnishing and installation of steam humidifiers and necessary control to maintain 30-35% humidity level at spray booth locations

o        Furnishing and installation of all necessary steam, condensate and glycol pumps, piping and fittings.

·         Engineering, Design, Fabrication and Installation of Impregnating Oil Distribution System including:

o        Furnishing and installation of all necessary oil, vacuum, steam, condensate, cooling and hot water piping and fittings.

o        Furnishing and installation of all necessary pressure and temperature regulators, control and isolation valves

o        Furnishing and installations of necessary instrumentation

o        Furnishing and installation of all necessary piping insulation and heat tracing.
