Baker Engineering & Controls provided engineering, design and DDC to improve energy efficiency and controllability of the existing HVAC system. Features included:
•Night temperature setback of heating and cooling set point.
•Heat Recovery System
•Optimal temperature control of the heat pump loop.
•Automatic two way valves for heat pumps.
•Variable frequency drives for heat pumps and cooling tower.
•Optimal start, temperature and static pressure reset controls of the 60 ton RTU.
